Hope Gala 2011

North York Women's Shelter’s 6th annual Hope Gala is a celebration of extraordinary women. We will be honouring a former resident, who has overcome abuse to create successful life free of violence.

This year’s Hope Award, given to individuals who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment and record of contribution to improving the lives of women and girls will be presented to Peggy Nash. For more than two decades, Peggy has dedicated her time and energy to improving the lives of women and girls.

This Mother's Day support NYWS and celebrate your mom at Hope Gala by treating her to a memorable evening. The gala will be hosted by CTV's Andria Case. There will be fine dining, live entertainment, and an auction - along with many door prizes!
